for G. & F. Barbot

Front and back. I created this card for my very good friend and Mail Art Mentor, Gerard Barbot, and his Pop. They are going through some tough medical issues right now. Behind Roger Moore and the girls, is a sample of Gerard's postage stamp tribute to Wallace Berman... and on the address side, the background is a sample of Fernand's stamp page of his work.

ballsofdub rides the pony express

Front and back. This is a card i created to send to Pony Express zine in Philly...there is no real theme to it...just stuff. I like the bigger sized card - roughly 4" x 9" - because it is more panoramic... although most mail art entries ask for the standard 4"X6". The flowers-with-skulls-inside imagery is from Mexico...and brought back to me by Brooke from her recent trip there...goes nicely with the Emperor stamp.

ballsofdub heads to greece

Front and back. This card is going to Greece and the theme was Philosophy (did I spell that right?)...the idea of the inevitable and that there always is a bigger fish...

ballsofdub to canada

Front and back. This is a card I'm sending to canada. The theme is clocks...

ballsofdub for luxemburg

Front and back. For a while now I thought this card was going to Luxemburg...the country. When actually it went to Luxemborg...the town in Wisconsin. I guess i didn't need to put so much postage on it.
